This design is about how society often attempts to blind revolutionary vision—to keep powerful thinkers, especially Black women, from seeing the full scope of their potential, their truth, or the systems that seek to contain them.

Covering the eyes symbolizes forced limitation—a world that does not want revolutionaries to see what lies ahead, to connect with their community fully, or to awaken others. It’s about the way oppressive systems cloud clarity, blur purpose, and distort identity. When you can’t see, you can’t lead—and that’s exactly what certain structures have historically tried to ensure: that Black leaders, Black women especially, remain disoriented, disconnected, or doubtful of their own vision.
